What does a custom home with Elk Ridge cost?
Most of our homes fall between $1.5M and $3M+, depending on size, site, and finishes. You'll know your exact price before construction starts.
Where do you build?
Mostly in Colorado Springs, Monument, Black Forest, and the surrounding areas. We also take on select projects farther out, including second homes and mountain properties. Tell us where your land is, and we'll let you know.
How early should I reach out?
Earlier than you'd think. If you haven't bought land yet, we can help you check a lot's buildability before you commit, which can save you from an expensive surprise. And if you're still a year or two out, a first conversation helps you plan your budget and timeline.
What happens after I reach out?
We'll set up a 30-minute call. If it looks like a good fit, we'll invite you to our office to meet the team and see plans and finishes from past homes. From there, you decide whether to move into design. No pressure at any step.
