A large percentage of our clientele is relocating from another part of the country when they hire us to design and build them the home of their dreams. This particular client was looking for a unique piece of land and a fully custom Mid Century design not commonly found in the front range. We helped them find a very cool flag lot and designed the perfect minimalist home for their family and budget. 

Nestled perfectly into the amazing sandstone outcrops and taking full advantage of the stellar front range views, this Eichler-inspired home is light and airy with huge windows and high ceilings, and feels way bigger than it's modest square footage would suggest. The monotone color palette with wood and stone accents and purposefully simple finishes give this home a tangible sense of calm and tranquility.
