“Mountain Modern Rancher”

One of our favorite styles of homes is the “mountain modern” with a classy mix of sleek modern and rustic finishes. These amazing clients allowed us to run with our design ideas on this home, and we think it turned out pretty great. This beautiful rancher tucks neatly into its tree’d surroundings with a bold yet understated presence. The perfectly centered Pike’s Peak views are prominent in most of the rooms in the house, especially the high vaulted great room. We put great time and care into every detail of this home, and it shows in every space!
